We developed a national SEO campaign, starting with local organic SEO, to improve Geex’s website from a user point of view. We then used selective paid aids on the particular models where we discovered ROI was higher.
We also carried out research into the target market to help create personas and customer journey maps which helped to develop a solid digital marketing strategy aimed at the intended audience. Through this, we were able to better understand the user’s needs and helped to reduce B2C leads and increase B2B leads.
The implementation of a custom-built frontend on top of a headless Wordpress install, allowed customers to model leasing deals on the fly, saving administrative time and effort. Orders were then integrated with industry standard software to help with purchasing, inventory and logistics.
