Prior to our help, TTC were using very manual operations including writing down quotes by hand, manually searching through databases, and having employees personally run paperwork to their required destinations. These processes were incredibly laborious, with extensive amounts of time spent and an abundance of opportunity for miscommunications. We changed everything.
We built TTC a centralised location for all of their stock and ensured the system knew the pricing for each product in relation to the specific customer, allowing it to automatically generate quotes for clients. We also designed the bespoke portal to automatically duplicate paperwork, generate and add invoice files to TTC’s account system overnight, and further create purchase orders from these invoices.
