The Problem

The Solution

One of our digital squads designed a hybrid real-world asset (RWA) tokenisation model that linked legal asset ownership to on-chain fractional tokens through an SPV and compliant legal wrapper. Smart contracts automated distribution events, cap table logic, transfer rules, and compliance triggers.

Investors accessed a dedicated dashboard with integrated KYC/KYB onboarding, real-time holdings, and transfer permissions. Regulatory constraints were enforced through transfer restrictions and rule-based validation, while an opt-in secondary trading venue provided optional liquidity for qualified participants. Legal and tax structuring was developed in parallel to ensure enforceability, clarity of rights, and full alignment with existing asset governance.
