About the Brand

Specialising in car, van and minibus hire, Terminus Contract Hire has provided top-of-the-range products to a loyal following for over 50 years. The company was one of Creative Ideaz’s first ever clients. Since 2007, we have helped them make leaps and bounds within the industry to become one of the West Midlands’ most well-known vehicle hiring companies.

The Problems

When we began working with TCH, we instantly identified that the company was purely focused on advertising in the Yellow Pages at a time when the digital world was taking over. TCH’s website was incredibly limited and only available to desktop users, with a lack of information and guidelines available of fleet.  

TCH were also using time-consuming manual processes, had poor brand awareness and visibility due to limited use of digital marketing channels.  

In order to reinforce TCH's mission to supply exemplary vehicles alongside outstanding service, here at Creative Ideaz, we knew its online presence had to reflect its legitimacy and distinction.

We began by revolutionising TCH's website, creating a brand new design and implementing SEO to improve rankings and visibility and ensure the brand could easily be found online. By focusing on SEO as well as remarketing and paid ads, we established TCH as a family-owned business competing with larger national brands.

In 2020, we rebranded TCH to help modernise its identity and align it with the staggering growth it achieved.

Empowering Webflow with a Custom Built Vehicle Management & Tariff Estimate System connected through API's

When considering the tech stack for the new TCH website, we wanted the flexibility to express the new brand with the ability to integrate multiple third-party systems. We chose Webflow for the front-end website and integrated supplied API's to transfer data seamlessly.

The Results

The use of SEO helped to bring over 2,500+ organic traffic to TCH's new and improved website. Before our help, the website was receiving 40 visitors a month. The website is now receiving 5000+ visitors a month across all channels.

Our work helped to expand TCH’s fleet of vehicles from 11 to 200+, and increase its annual turnover from £500,000 to over £3 million. TCH is now one of the most well-known vehicle rental companies in the West Midlands, and we are hugely proud to have been a part of their journey.
