Job Brief

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Paid Ads Executive with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, data analysis, and a proven track record of driving successful paid advertising strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective paid advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Ad Creation: Create compelling and visually appealing ad creatives that align with campaign objectives and target audience.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and optimisation of resources to achieve campaign goals.
  • Audience Targeting: Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics and optimise ad targeting for better performance.
  • Keyword Research: Perform keyword research and analysis to enhance the effectiveness of search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilise analytics tools to track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimise ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for better conversion rates.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, changes in advertising platforms, and emerging technologies to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and their impact on paid advertising.
  • Certifications in relevant platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) is a plus.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding performance goals.
